1. Data Processors:
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon, as the Data Controller, employs the following named Data Processors in order to perform its activities. The Data Processors do not make independent decisions; they act solely based on the contract concluded with Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon and the instructions received. The Data Processors record, handle, and process the personal data transmitted to them or handled by them in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, and make a statement to this effect to Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon. Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon continuously monitors the work of the Data Processors during the performance of its activities.
2. Hosting Service:
In order to ensure the operation of the website and the e-mail environment, our company employs a Data Processor with whom we maintain a contractual relationship. This Data Processor provides hosting services only and does not have direct access to the systems of Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon in the course of its activities.
3. Website Editing Service:
The editing of the website associated with the business activities of Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon falls exclusively under its own authority, and it is the sole Data Controller of the data available on the website.
4. Accounting Services:
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon employs an external contracted service provider to fulfill its tax and accounting obligations, who receives the billing data of the company’s contractual partners for the purpose of data processing. The purpose of data transfer is the fulfillment of Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon’s tax and accounting obligations.
5. Data Protection:
In order to protect and secure personal data, Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon ensures the safety of data processing through internal regulations (data and confidentiality protection, information security, access rights, etc.), as well as through organizational, technical, and educational measures.
6. Purpose of Data Processing:
Booking appointments for dress fittings, contacting and maintaining communication with the client, fulfilling the services and legal obligations contained in the rental or sales contracts, and exercising rights. The personal data processed for these purposes include: name, mother’s name, ID card number, personal identification number, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
The registration of data processing with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information is in progress pursuant to Section 68 (6) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (“Infotv.”).
Data processing is based on the voluntary consent of the data subject (“Data Subject”) in accordance with Section 5 (1) a) of the Infotv., and on Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services.
By accepting this notice and registering by phone or e-mail, the Data Subject voluntarily consents to the processing of their personal data by the Data Controller. The Data Subject fully accepts the data processing as set out in this notice and confirms their consent by registering (by phone/e-mail).
Rights of Data Subjects:
Data Subjects may request information from Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon regarding the processing of their personal data. Upon request, they are provided free of charge, during designated business hours and in an understandable format, with information on the types of personal data processed, the methods, legal basis, and duration of processing, as well as, where applicable, the name, address, and contact details of any data processor involved, and the method, legal basis, and recipients of any data transfers.
Data Subjects may request the rectification of their processed data. In such cases, Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon corrects the stored personal data.
Data Subjects may request the deletion of their processed data according to Annex 1. If the processed data are incorrect or incomplete and cannot be lawfully corrected, or if the purpose of data processing has ceased, or the Data Subject requests deletion, Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon deletes the stored personal data unless there is a legal or contractual obligation to retain the data.
If data retention is unlawful or ordered by an authority, Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon will delete the stored personal data.
Data Subjects may request the restriction (blocking) of their processed data. In such cases, Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon restricts the stored personal data if processing infringes upon the Data Subject’s legitimate interests. Restricted personal data may be processed only as long as a data processing purpose exists that prevents deletion. During restriction, the company extracts the electronically stored contracts and e-mails containing the restricted data and stores them separately in encrypted form.
Data Subjects may object to the processing of their personal data, declaring that they object to and request the termination of data processing. If Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon has no statutory obligation to continue processing, data processing will cease, and the data will be deleted without delay.
Data Subjects may request to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another Data Controller through Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon.
7. Contractual Partners:
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon processes the data of its contractual partners for the effective performance of the contracts concluded with them, for business communication with the contracting party, and for issuing occasional invoices. In such cases, Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon has access to the following personal data of the contact persons: name, address, e-mail address, IP address, dress size and related notes concerning body shape alterations, wedding date, telephone number, and any voluntarily provided message content.
The statutory data retention period for personal data appearing in contracts is 5 years after contract termination.
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon retains the contact persons’ data in its e-mail archive for an additional 5 years after contract termination, based on legitimate interest.
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon determines the existence of legitimate interest based on the following balancing test: before commencing data processing, the company reviews whether personal data processing is strictly necessary for achieving its intended purpose and whether there are alternative means to achieve the same result without processing personal data. If so, the personal data will be deleted.
The company identifies the purpose of processing, the specific personal data involved, and the duration justified by the legitimate interest.
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon also attempts to identify the potential interests of Data Subjects (e.g., arguments they might raise against processing) and determines why its legitimate interest, and the related data processing, proportionally limit the Data Subjects’ rights identified in the previous step.
Data Subjects may object to data retention by contacting Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon at the contact details provided in this document. Upon objection, the company will identify and promptly delete e-mails containing the data in question from its archive.
Consent extends to the following processing activities: collection, recording, organization, storage, use in accordance with the processing purpose, deletion, and destruction of data.
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon collects and stores the following data about visitors to its website for six months in the form of log entries:
Ilonovia Kft. / La Mariée Salon uses cookies on its website, does NOT send regular newsletters or marketing materials to its contracted clients, does NOT perform automated decision-making related to processed personal data, and does NOT transfer data to third countries.
8. The preparation and online publication of advertisements are carried out by the Data Controller. Advertising campaigns are primarily run on Google Adwords, www.facebook.com, and www.instagram.com.
9. The Data Controller processes the Data Subject’s personal data in compliance with applicable legal requirements and business ethics. The Data Controller may send informational letters or contact the Data Subject by phone for the purpose of scheduling appointments.
10. The processing of the Data Subject’s personal data lasts from the time the data are provided until their deletion by the Data Controller.

11. Persons Authorized to Access the Data Subject’s Personal Data:
a.) employees of the Data Controller;
b.) certain authorities, in the context of official procedures, regarding data that the Data Controller is legally obliged to provide upon request.
12. The Data Controller undertakes an unlimited, strict confidentiality obligation regarding the personal data it processes and, unless otherwise authorized by the Data Subject, shall not disclose such data to any third party.
13. The Data Controller ensures the security of personal data and takes all necessary technical and organizational measures and establishes the procedural rules required to enforce the Infotv. and other data and confidentiality protection regulations.
14. The Data Controller protects personal data, particularly against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction, as well as accidental loss or damage.
15. The Data Subject may:
a.) request information about the processing of their personal data;
b.) request the rectification of their personal data;
c.) request the deletion or restriction (blocking) of their personal data;
d.) request the transmission of their personal data;
e.) object to the processing of their personal data.
16. Upon the Data Subject’s request, the Data Controller shall provide information about the data it processes or has processed, the purpose, legal basis, and duration of processing, its activities related to data processing, and about who has received or may receive the data and for what purpose.
The Data Controller is obliged to provide this information in writing within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the request.
17. Personal data must be deleted if:
a.) the processing is unlawful;
b.) the Data Subject requests deletion;
c.) the data are incomplete or inaccurate and cannot be lawfully corrected, provided that deletion is not prohibited by law;
d.) the purpose of processing has ceased;
e.) the statutory retention period has expired;
f.) deletion has been ordered by a court or by the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
18. The Data Subject may object to the processing of their personal data on the grounds specified in Section 21 of the Infotv. In such cases, the Data Controller must examine the objection within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the submission of the request and inform the applicant in writing of the result.

If the Data Controller fails to meet the deadline, the Data Subject may apply to a court — specifically, the competent regional court, or in Budapest, the Metropolitan Court — within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the last day of the deadline, in accordance with Section 22 of the Infotv.
In case of a violation of rights, the Data Subject may also lodge a complaint or seek legal remedy with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
